Stressed out Spa owner

Poor baby! This guy needs a massage at his own spa!I called to change an appointment and the guy started breathing hard, said I was threatening him, raised his voice at me and finally hung up on me! He did call me back and I felt like I had to give him a counseling session, bless his heart!
